Sandra MillsSandra graduated with honors from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in June of 2002. Over the past four years, Sandra has worked with a varied clientele of all ages. She has experience working with a number of different conditions including chronic headaches, stress and tension, low back pain, sciatica, arthritis, pregnancy, and repetitive strain injuries such as tendonitis and carpal tunnel sydrom. She as also worked with athletes including runners, cyclists, and golfers. Sandra became a massage therapist to help people. She believes in taking the time to listen to you in order to provide the most effective treatment possible. She will work closely with you to ensure that you receive a treatment that is customized to suit your individual needs and satisfaction. Most of all, Sandra enjoy the challenge that each new client brings. No two clients are the same. Sandra's goal is to find the root of your unique situation and to work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible. Leslie NunesLeslie graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2002, with a specialization in sport massage. Leslie has worked with many different athletes such as runners, cyclists, rowers and swimmers. Her passion is to work with athletes and help them through any injuries they are experiencing. Leslie has also taken other courses which she uses during her treatments. These include myofasical release, craniosacral therapy and she is also a certified acupuncturist. Leslie believes that the body has the power to heal itself. She works with her clients to determine the nature of the injury and to find the root of the problem. Leslie will also provide stretches and homecare, because it is important to her that clients be involved in the healing process. Above all, Leslie loves what she does and has great fun doing it. |
